Micheal Smith Edwards, born as Micheal Turner Smith Jr., on September 14, 1990, is an African American actor, model, script-writer, and an entry level motivator. He grew up in being mentally, physically, and sexually abused in foster care from a very young age til his late teens, moving from various schools, group homes, and foster homes. In between then, he managed to survive being homeless in multiple states. Growing up in foster care also allowed Micheal to be meet, Oprah Winfrey on her show, as well as on WB38 at the age of 6. Micheal graduated from Pearl River Central High School in Carriere, Mississippi, in 2009, on full scholarship to Pearl River Community College. 







Soon after, Micheal had a son that he named Joshua. Micheal was adopted at the age of 17, by a single man named, Corey Edwards. Turning 21, Micheal found his biological little brother through Facebook, who introduced him to his mother, and some siblings. Micheal is one of 17 siblings, whom all lean to him for leadership. Some of his biggest inspirations are, Steve Harvey, Les Brown, Dr. Myles Monroe, Eric Thomas, Will Smith, Jim Carey, and Denzel Washington. 



He is determined to be successful, so he researches, studies, and reads daily to gain knowledge.  At the age of 28, Micheal attended Launch Model & Talent Academy for training, in his passion for acting, whom he was taught by Mr. Billy Slaughter, and Nicolle Barre’, where he was accepted to attend Industry Network. Micheal received multiple top awards, and callbacks from the world’s top agents.





 Micheal signed with Unbridled Entertainment, soon after, followed by Actors Choice Talent Agency. Since then, he has appeared in multiple roles, such as “BJ”, in “Confessions of A R&B Diva”, “Officer Rapp” in Trident Production’s, “The Advocate”, featured background in Netflix’s, “Dating Around Season 2, etc. Micheal listens and does motivation, and is a creative writer for TV shows, film, music, and poetry. He can portray various roles ranging from 16 to 45 years of age. He’s best and experienced in romantic drama, action, commercial, and family roles. 




Micheal enjoys the outdoors, motivation, coin collecting, traveling, and GOD. Some of his skills are sports, dancing, writing music/television and film scripts/poetry, dancing, rapping, and helping others. His goal in life is to touch and change as many lives for the better through his acting and speaking.
