She was born to the most perfect, imperfect family, if that makes sense. Her path to Neuroscience, text book/curriculum writing, software and app development, graphic design, multiple restaurants, and an up and coming Real Estate Brokerage company started in special education classes.

Learning was very difficult for her. She was the little girl that had to leave out of class to go to remedial learning because She couldn’t keep up with my class. Hence, She graduated high school with an 8 the grade education. She could read, but my comprehension level was very low. The score she received on my SAT was for getting her name right, (They actually told her this) which meant she had to forfeit scholarships in track because she didn’t qualify.

The accumulation of being a struggling learner and growing up poor did a number on her self-esteem. Of course she flunked out of college my first year. She just wasn’t ready. How did all of this change? When She was 22 years old, She became pregnant with my first child. She remember the fear that gripped me because she knew she wasn’t prepared to take on that responsibility. She felt like She wasn’t smart, and She had very little education. How could she take care of her? Once She stopped feeling sorry for myself.

She remembered She was 4 months pregnant and She placed her hand on her belly, and She made a promise to my daughter with tears in my eyes, and She promised her “She may not be able to give all the things She never had but you will know all the things she didn’t know.”!

From that point on, she began to read every book she could put my hands on. When my daughter was
born, she began to teach her early. She knew her alphabet before she was one and read and wrote at
a 1 st grade level by the time she was 3 years old. However, She knew if she was to teach her, She would have to teach myself first. That’s when she began my journey to relentless learning. She went on to having 3 more children which she home schooled for several years before they entered traditional brick and mortar schools. She returned to college at the age of 36 and challenged myself to take on the hardest program she could find which was Neuroscience .She excelled in my studies and participated in many research projects in my field

As her my confidence began to flourish, my world once again fell apart. Her marriage of almost 18
years ended in divorce, my 4 children and She was forced out of our home into a two bedroom
apartment while their father kept the house. After several months in the single world, She met my
old high school sweetheart and we have since married and never left each other’s side.

He exposed me to the business world in a way that changed everything. She immediately earned her
Real Estate license and sold 3 million dollars worth of homes her first year. Then an amazing
opportunity presented itself to me. Her husband came home one day from working with his best
friend that owned a large maintenance company in Atlanta. He had many documented and
undocumented employees working for him. His friend really wanted to help his employees as much as he could but didn’t know how. Her husband asked her to look into it. She was hesitant
initially, but what she found was like discovering new land.

The creation of Smart Pathways Immigration School and Services began. She soon learned the State
of Georgia offers a professional license to become an Immigration Consultant, as do most States,
which allows individuals help immigrants prepare government immigration forms. However, the
State does not provide or require any training, because it does not exist. So you’re basically on
your own with NO support. At this point, She asked herself, “In a perfect world what would you do
to solve this problem?”

She answered, “She would create a curriculum that taught individuals how to
become a licensed Immigration Consultant and how to prepare immigration forms.”, and then She
asked herself, “How do you plan on doing this?” she again answered, “One paragraph at a time.”
So, She spent 3 years writing textbooks including teacher manuals, test banks, and student manuals.
She also did her own book cover and book layout design on graphic design software.

She also developed software that can assist Consultants in application preparation and developed the
websites from scratch. Furthermore, the response to the course offering was overwhelming, so
much so, that She had to pull back and regroup. The official roll out will com out this year.

Her goal with Smart Pathways is to create the first intermediary service for the immigration industry.
Currently, the only help for immigrants is expensive attorneys and government offices. The Real
Estate Industry have agents to stand as intermediaries between real estate attorneys and the State,
but why not this multi-billion dollar immigration industry? We are the first!

In the meanwhile, She had a amazing opportunity to open two restaurants which is scheduled to
open this year. Play Bistro & Desserts which is a Sexy Dessert Bar. A restaurant/lounge.
Our menu items are farm-to-table fresh, always fresh, never frozen. The restaurant offer hookahs, giant adult games, with cozy lounge-feel patio great for hanging with friends and lots of fun, social
game nights such as trap bingo, couples trivia, bestie’s challenge night, spoken word, and much
more!

The second restaurant is called Skilletz which is a breakfast restaurant situated in
downtown Powder Springs, Ga. That area is undergoing a massive renovation which includes a
brand new amphitheater, a water park, Brewery, 10 acre soccer complex and much more. So, she
am excited to be a part of that transformation.

She is in the process of taking my Real Estate Brokers license to open my firm this year, 2020.
She has learned over the years that she can literally do anything she wants. After her divorce 5 years
ago, She had to fight to support my 4 children with very little skills. Now she is more than proficient
at text book writing, software and app development, opening restaurants, and real estate industry
experience. From a failed SAT score and learning disabilities to a bonafide business owner. She thanks God and herself for never giving up!

As a workshop facilitator for goal accomplishment, creating an action based mindset, and overcoming obstacles. As a published author of #ImpressYourself, she uses these principles to teach individuals how to climb an upward spiral.

At Canvases With Candace we encourage our clients to unlock the Artist within. As a mobile company we provide a tailored painting experience in the location of your choice. Step by step instructions are provided to complete your personalized masterpiece. Its not just a painting with us, its a life experience! Each course is instructed by self taught artist Candace Thompson. We offer public, private, and virtual sessions.

“She found a love for art at a young age, my first career choice was an architect because She loved to draw and create things. Overtime She grew away from art and it became more of doodling and a form of relaxation.

But once She began teaching preschool after college it helped me see the life lessons art can give. She eventually took on a very part time job with another paint company and my passion and love expanded; to watch very inexperienced artists walk away with their painting feeling like Picasso, Da Vinci, and van Gogh gave me a deeper fulfillment.

With a degree in psychology, training in public speaking, and a career in technical training She was able to merge her love for helping people, teaching, and art into mini sessions of “therapy” while encouraging self care, internal motivation, and external encouragement.”

“She didn’t want a company of canned paintings so we customize all the art we produce. Whether you decide to join us for a party with your family, girls night out, date night, kids birthday party, or even our virtual classes we can create it all! Let us come to you and put the art in your PARTY!!!!”

She is also a IT professional and currently works contract positions as an elearning developer. She uses adult learning theories to transform in classroom instruction to web based videos and I conduct all the voice overs. These are for internal trainings .

She has finished the SC Child Support
program and new system training for Aflac claims.

She is  a Vision Coach. She can take your ideas and help you immerse yourself in the ideas and bring them to life.

Born in Gastonia, N.C as Franchesca Mitchell, now known as Mizz Skyy. The first 3 years of my
life, I lived with my mother, 5 siblings and grandmother in a 2-bedroom house. Around the age
of 3, I meet my father finally who moved me in, to provide a better lifestyle in Washington D.C.
Understand, he was a single father, raising a little girl the best he knew how. I was his only child,
and a girl – so I had quite a few terrible hair days.

Always having a love for music, my father played a major role as he played drums. He was the
first to discover my talent. Seems everyone on my father side is musically inclined, truly gifted.
Age 8, now in South Carolina living back with my mother, I began to spread my love for music
publicly by singing on the church, community and school choirs. My 5th grade graduation, I had
the honor to perform my first mini cover in which I wrote the year prior. Since a very young age, I
was always so excited to share to my love for music with others around me.

Fast forward moved back to D.C with my father for my 8th grade year. Also, I wanted to
spend more time with him as he had gotten ill and the illness was getting worse. While being
back in D.C, he had me try out for Duke Ellington School of Art to enhance my singing talent.
Unfortunately, I didn’t make it into Duke that year as they felt more development was needed so
I moved back down south to attend school with my siblings. 2009 I lost my father and I want
nothing more than him to know, I haven't given up on my dreams.

Today I have taken my music more serious than ever! Back in January 2018 I signed up for my
first tour show which gave me the platform I needed to introduce people to who I was as an
artist. I went into management with MzClasayEnt. 3 months later. I finally felt like I was building
my team. I released my first single titled "Destined" August 25, 2018. 20k spins in less than a full
year as a new artist was a great feeling for me! Months after my release I landed my first IHeart
Radio interview. Many more radio interviews followed soon after. I was building my own platform
with a team whom I trusted very much.

During that time frame of being under management I learned a lot, gained a lot, and lost a lot.
I've already touched 5 different states (SC, NC, GA, MD, FL), and several cities within my first year
of touring. I must say this road has not been easy by far especially having three kids who look
up to me, but it's definitely been worth the hard work and dedication! I want my kids to know
that anything is possible as long as you work hard to achieve it. Having the support and raw
motivation from others has only made it so much easier to go harder.

2019 I toured and opened for my first major artist who goes by the name "Kamillion" and I was
more than blessed to have the opportunity. It opened many doors and gained me even more
supporters/fans. My focus now is to capitalize off everything I've learned my first year and to
try not and make the same mistakes. Its unfortunate that I am no longer with the team I started
with. Just like any relationship there is always unseen moments that leads to break ups. I wish
no ill will on anyone! I just had to do what was best for me as an artist to reach that next level
in my career.

We all wish we can stay with people for a lifetime but it's not always in God's plan
to do so. I now have 4 singles out on all major platforms titled "Tables Turn", "Destined", "It's
Christmas", and "Fuck This" and one more on the way. They all have done very well! I can't wait to
see what lies ahead as I further my career in this industry and one day everyone will know who
Mizz Skyy is!

Inspiring Curvy Model/ Inspiring Actress/ Pastry Chef

Marisha Jacobs (Sharpe) is a inspiring Curvy model and actress who was born in Camden New Jersey

As a young child she has always wanted to become some sort of model. She's gone on a couple of calls but wasn't chosen so she decided to move on for a little while.

As she started developing into a young women she would go up and down in her weight. That's when she decided being a plus size model would probably best suit her.
Marisha found herself starting to shift in a direction of destruction at the age of 16 not making the smartest decisions in life.

Her parents agreed on a move from New Jersey to South Carolina would be best. Once she arrived in the South she began to explore options on making a better life for herself. She went to Job Cor to obtain her GED, Driver's license and completion diploma in a trade. It wasn't as satisfying as she thought. She then enrolled into cosmetology school but that became less of a passion for her.

In her early 20's she decided that maybe the medical field would be a better choice and great career. She obtained her diploma in medical assistant but that still wasn't it for her.

Forwarding to 2016 Marisha started making chocolate covered strawberries. She received so much positive feedback that she started making them often along with other delectable goods which she found a passion for. She hasn't made a complete embark on all the things she desires at the moment but she's driven and committed to make long strives to do so.

However she is now a cast member of "WHY DID I BECOME A MODEL" part 2 airing in spring 2020 on Fox. Stay tuned because you'll be seeing more of her.
