Chemikia Johnson is a licensed Realtor in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. She is married to Antonio Johnson and is a mother of six children and grandmother of one. She is a former engineer and educator, and previous owner of a bakery. Chemikia is currently a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Aiken Partners in Aiken, SC and also an instructor for KWKC ( Keller Williams Kids Can). She loves to spend her time with her family, helping families in need and teaching her children th eimportance of and how to give back to their community.

KWKC is an educational nonprofit organization that was founded with the purpose of engaging the next generation of entrepreneurs and world leaders in conversations that matter. It teaches young adults how to gain their edge in an increasingly competitive world through their Quantum Leap Program. Students walk away with concrete tools that help them identify their purpose and achieve their goals.

    Becoming a top producer within her company has been an amazing experience  and it has fueled her path to continue to help others attain homeownership. With a degree in Engineering Graphics Technology, and being a previous owner of  a small business designing home plans for customers, she has the ability to envision her clients' dream homes. Her biggest goals are to provide great customer service, establish forever relationships and create a Win-Win situation for all the parties involved in the real estate transactions that she manages. As a SC Housing Certified Real Estate Agent, it offers her the opportunity to work with home buyers who are seeking down payment assistance. Being a Military Relocation Specialist also allows her the opportunity to work with our active duty and retired military along with all of her other clients.  

 Not only does Chemikia bring her knowledge and professionalism to the table; she brings her heart. For every transcation, she closes, she provides a family in need a voucher for CPR certification. Her business is powered by her passion to inform and teach people how to save the lives of their loved ones, or even the life of yours.
